Share Your Ideas and Collaborate!
Would you like to collaborate, learn, and share with other teachers who are celebrating Digital Learning Day and working to more fully use digital learning with students every day? As part of the Digital Learning Day toolkits for teachers and librarians, the Alliance for Excellent Education has created several opportunities for you to collaborate with colleagues from across the country, including:
- Facebook. “Like” Digital Learning Day on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/NationalDigitalLearningDay.
- Twitter. Follow the discussion on Twitter using the hashtag #DLDay
- Digital Learning Day Group. Collaboration workspace in Epsilen's K-20 learning community. To join the Digital Learning Day Group, you just need to do the following (it's quick and easy!):
1) Go to http://corp.epsilen.com/ to sign-up for an Epsilen account (if you don't already have one).
2) Once you are logged into your new account, search for digitallearningday in the top right corner in GROUPS.
3) Once you find the group, JOIN the group.
In the time leading up to, on, and following Digital Learning Day, you will have the opportunity to participate in webinars, share lesson plans and ideas with teachers and librarians like you, and discuss the successes and challenges of using digital learning with your students via the Alliance and the Epsilen learning community group.
The Alliance for Excellent Education will be sharing the Digital Learning Day toolkits, hosting webinars, and inviting teacher leaders and other experts to lead chats and provide information and ideas via the Digital Learning Day Group. Please encourage your colleagues to join us!
